if thats the case then this album has been the most heavily promoted album of all time.

the only solid info I found was in the Music Austrralia link,
It said GNR-greatest Hits was announced by Geffen to be released March 6th, this is 3 months later than the rumors, and it says nothing about Chinese democracy

As I said before shouldn't a CD get promocionated before it's release? if so I don't anyone it's promoting Chinese, anyway as I've read before anything could happened.
