Just to sort some of you fools out. Scotland is it's own country. It's has it's own Parliament with cough *devolved* powers. The United Kingdom is a collection of countries united as one England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately GN'R have yet to announce a gig here but I think they will because most big bands play Glasgow's SECC.

Well does anyone know why these countries left the tour?

political reasons, no venues big enough, GNR is not wanted by country officials, promoter has no sway in said countries.

could be any number of things

Speaking about Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania
Tallinn has normal venue also here in Riga we now have brand new venue. Holds up to 12000 (as far i know Helsinki and Stockholm venues holds around the same??).
I dont know about Lithuania.

Maybe promoters are afraid about ticket sales but I think one concert in Tallin or Riga could sell easy!
Political reasons or country officials are not the matter why wont come here.

That's right. I think that there would be no problems selling out a GNR show in any Baltic country. Maybe not in 8 minutes, but with right promoting it would be an easy one.

well i don't know about what you guys think but the people in the countries you mentioned might be interested in a guns n' roses show. but only because it says guns n' roses. when they'll be there and there's no slash they'll be like: who the f*** are those guys??? i'm from romania and i'm thrilled that they'll be in budapest so i already bought my ticket there. it would be awesome to see them in my country but there are small chances no

nice to see another romanian on this board...salut!
? ? i was about to write how unlikely it would be for GNR to out-of-the-blue show up in Romania (although other big acts have and continue to do shows there)...i think if it DOES happen, it'll sell out instantly...people's knowledge of the current line-up notwithstanding

Hello, my fellow countrymen !!

I doubt GNR will play in Romania, or any other country on the list, because I'm guessing management wants to play it safe
