Some Kind of Monster??

During the nineties they were making a documentary style film but nothing came of it all the footage is filed away (in axls safe) i doubt there would be one due to the complexicity of there never being the whole band at the same point at any one time it would just be Axl (probably muttering away to himself)

As far as I know the footage was destroyed in the wildfires in like 95/96.

I would love to see a GNR doc. I thought the VH1 behind the music was lame

As for Some Kind of Monster...I went to the special midnight showing in NYC at the Sunshine Landmark in the village cuz the directors were there talking that night...that is 2.5 hours I will never get back in my life. Who wanted to see rich, middle age men in therapy talk about their problems and count their money? And to not even admit fan dissapointment in the album, despite everything Metallica went through to make St. Anger drool Metallica has gone so far down hill. I love them, they're awesome, they put on a kick ass live show...but for the love of God, Lars and James need to stop the bitching and just play fucking music peace

I agree.

Seeing that movie just crushed about 75% of the respect I had in Metallica.

Again, they put on a great show, and I still love 'em (despite the fact the fans were subjected to the anal rape that was St. Anger), but listening to them CRY was just pathetic.

Nobody wants that from their Rock Gods.
