How to record streaming interview?

Can someone let me know what software to use or how do you record streaming audio like the Axl interview and convert it to mp3?

Thanks but what I want to know is how they record them and I would like to be able to do it in the future myself.

there are multiple programs that let you do this, I use Cool Edit Pro or another one called AAA Real Recorder

AAA Real Recorder is probaly better if that is all you want to do cus its made to do just that where as Cool Edit Pro is more of an audio editing  program, plus AAA Real Recorder encodes it to mp3 on the fly
