Well, as you all know ... THIS happened to my Gibson Les Paul ... I wasn't best happy ... lol ....



Well, I found out that a Guildford Luthier does fixes for less money ... so I figured I'd see what he said ...

he saw the break and I said I didn't want it re-finished... meaning that the guitar would have a tiny break mark... but ... here's the result...



Price?  Gibson wanted ?400 .... Guitar Village in Farnham, Surrey, wanted ?200 - ?300 .... This dude... he said since it was easy to fix (he used Titebond... same stuff the others all use) ...

It's fixed and fine!!! Cheesy

You can barely see the break mark in normal circumstances... you can see it worse there coz of the Flash.  Well, I chose not to have it re-finished.  Hell, the guitar has marks and damage all over it.  It still plays and sounds great!  The luthier said the break had NO effect on the neck at all Smiley
