Waiting, waiting, waiting some more... Chin Dem?

Jarmo, implement a database where GNR fans can find each other locally.  I've been into Guns from the start and most peeps aren't following anymore. It would be amazing to find some guys and gals locally to share in the nostalgia.

E.g
First name
Town/city/district
county
country.

We could search that database to see if anyone is local and contacting could be via some chat software or use a disclaimer regarding ages.

Any thoughts?

How about you make friends on the forum, and look in their profiles or ask them what city they live in?

I think many would be hesitant - at least on forums such as this - to have their location and personal info. publicly accessible.  We've already seen situations around here where memebers abuse such information and actually make threats (however vague) towards one another.  Probably not the best idea, overall.  Much better to build your own relationships with other memebers - and trust - before making that information available.

Kind of understandable, though.  Especially from the perspective of wanting to connect (in person) with other GnR fans.   Just not the smartest thing to do on public forum...that could  lead to many unforseen, awkward situations.    nervous

Start up a Frappr map, and those people interested can list themselves.

frappr.com

Or join one that already exists.
