The best instruction video, the most meaningful and helpful one I've seen is:

Marty Friedman's - Melodic Control

He explains clearly how he solos, no over the top theory stuff, just what you need to know, plain and simple. Get this one if you can.

The worst:

Yngwie Malmsteen's Guitar Instruction Video (Not the name)

Doesn't explain anything at all, just goes on to play different riffs at blitzkrieg speed. Yuck! Absolutely useless video.

                                               erick jonhson (don`t remember the name)
                                               bucket head (total guitar)

and the worst : adrian smith (total guitar)
                          dimebag darrel (total guitar)

Id reccommend John Petrucci's dvd 'Rock Discipline' Its got everything you will ever need.
