I came up with a new way of list the best albums (maybe it's not new but to me Tongue)

anyway.. the best album is the album that has the best "worst" song on the album hihi

Not bad.  I'd be offended if it was too high on the list.  It isn't some watered down, generic crap that appeals to everyone (lookin' at you, U2!).

the list is based on a mathematical formula.  it's not an opinion-based list.  it's actually an interesting way to do a list of this type.  I'd have to say most of the albums on this list are rather credible.

I'd agree it's credible; but I was a bit surprised by #1 to say the least Wink

nice to see zeppelin had 4 in the top 20 and it probably could have been more

did anyone notice the majority of the top 20 albums of all time were "rock albums"

I also think it was a very interesting way to do it. The formula they use seems like a good way to make a list like this. Guns earns a respectable spot (though of cousre my opinion and others here would rank them higher) and the bands in this list all deserve to be there. smoking

Did you guys notice no "Sgt. Pepper" what makes the White Album so much better? and if you open the excel spreadsheet, I for one don't get how Back in Black didn't make it. I do think the Grammy thing is a little off. All in all it is a cool/different way to look at things I thought it's a cool list.

I agree with your thinking the Grammy thing is worthless.  The album that comes in 2nd at the Grammy's gets as many points as the album that wasn't nominated.
