the legality of selling bootlegs

Is it legal for these guys to sell bootlegs on ebay?  I am guessing it is for the actual bootlegs but what about the stolen pro-shots like france in 1992?

NO bootlegs should legally be sold, even if it's a silver CD or DVD. Even when it's a pro-shot, a soundboard recording, etc. None of those should legally be sold because the artist don't get money from these sales.

That's the law. But then again, eBay doesn't give a shit because they get money from every auction on their site.

CDR and DVDR media downloaded from the internet and then sold on eBay is even "worse" because it kills the free trading and sharing of good quality bootlegs.

Yeah people who download boots from easytree.org etc should be shot. I torrented the Osaka
