I've never seen it before, but the "tape duplication by 52nd street" seems slightly suspicious to me. The promo cassettes I have don't look like that at all.  But everything's possible.

I got it from the Jaques van Gool, one of the guys who runs backstageauctions.com, and they usually don't deal with bootlegs.
This is an eBay auction that was held by Jaques, and it contains two Hanoi Rocks promos (it says in the description they're promos), and they look very similar to my Lies cassette.
If this is a promo cassette, do you think it would be worth anything?
