"Icon" 80's metal band

ok I searched if there was a topic about but no results so here it goes

I'm a metal lover, love  80's metal too. have you heard Icon? the most underrated band from the 80's. when I listened to their first album I was blown away  awesome melodic metal music like Dokken. the guitars are awesome!if you like 80's metal Icon is a MUST have in your collection. i could not find any cds at the stores so I downloaded everything I could. you can find torrents in mininova like, live bootlegs and two of their albums.

what other 80's metal band that's not well known do you know?

but dokken are a different type of 80s metal, there more to the cheesier side. so i wouldnt say that 80s metal all sounds like dokken lol....id be scared.

i'm not saying all of them sound like dokken but Icon does have that melodic element.
