I was reading some info about manson the full band and it claimed twiggy was arrested for this; is it true?

It was from a christian site btw that was 'exposing' the evil of marilyn manson and his abuse of women and influence on kids.

I hope this is bullshit but i don't know much about the band really apart from reading some of his book(mm's) and having the greatest hits.

Manson's done a lot of sick shit but nothing even remotely close to molesting a kid. He's not a petaphile or I wouldn't listen to his music at all.  IF IT WAS TRUE that Twiggy molested a kid, I don't know how I would feel about listening to older Manson anymore. I fucking hate petaphiles and everything they are involved in. Twiggy used to do almost all the music in the studio for Manson's albums, up until the last one because he was no longer in the band.  I really doubt this is true though. He's a member of A Perfect Circle (is APC still a band?) and I don't know too many people that would want a petaphile in their band.

It really depends on who you ask I guess.  I think a good first Manson album might be Mechanical Animals.  Anti-Christ Superstar is probably one of the heaviest, if that suits you more, although they are all heavy most of the time. Holy Wood is a great album and would be a good choice as well.  I like the newest one but some people aren't too fond of it at all.  You could always just go with the Greatest Hits if you wanted to hear some tunes from all the albums.  I guess maybe I'm not the best person to ask because I'm a big fan of Manson and like everything. If you ever want some demos, rare and unreleased songs, live shows, B-sides, Mansons first recordings, etc. you can PM me.  Just go buy Mechanical Animals and see how you like it, you won't be letdown.

Well if you're looking at child molestation that way, everyone in rock is a child molester.  But that's not how I was thinking of it at all. I would think that ALL of these girls lie about their age or at least have fake ID's because a lot of bands THESE DAYS (Bands that wanna fuck) would probably not allow ANYONE under the age of 18 backstage after a show, for those exact reasons anyway.  A petaphile to me is someone that either touches or has sex with a young person or a young child.  Regardless of the definition, I think it's different to have sex with a 16 year old girl that says and looks like she's 18 or older (She's bringing it on herself too), than to be fondling an 8 year old boy, like so many of these sick fucks in this world get away with. I won't say anymore because I don't want this to turn into something other than what this thread is about.

I went to the page and read a lot of it. I can't believe all of the stupid and FALSE rumors he actually has listed on the page.  So many things on that page said about Manson are so untrue.  Most of the shit that he says happened, has never happened. It pisses me off.  I've heard all of these dumb rumors before and the one that really pisses me off is when he says that Manson threw a little puppy into the audience and ORDERED THE CROWD TO RIP IT APART AND RUB THE BLOOD ON THEMSELVES.
