Listen folks, no matter what arguments we get in to on this board or any of them, we should try to keep it civil, and remember that at the end of the day... it's just the internet. Never take stuff personally, and never obsess over it.

I don't know though, if (hypothetically) you wanted to make it a legal issue, firstly you couldn't sue under American law as (I think?) this board is hosted elsewhere, so would have to complain in that country under their law; and secondly it would really depend where he got the info from- if it came from a public source, then you'd have no case, as you would already have legally disclosed it to that source.


Of course none of this changes the fact that you're absolutely right to complain about it.

SLCPUNK's personal information was posted without his consent on the internet, the whole world had access to it, and if some psycho wanted to look up SCL or his children then he could have. i support SLC 100% in this and i'm glad that racist fuck was finally banned.
