he's asking for it, not demanding it, if you don't want to give him money then don't, he's filmed a shit load of gigs at personal expense and is sharing them for free.

but some people just expect everything handed to them, they just sit back let every other fucker do the work and then reap the benefits of it, if you're happy to do that then fine. personally i'm more than happy to give him money for what he did, because i'm greatful of it.

I just disagreeed with the method used when he wanted to sell his bootlegs.

He can ask $1000000 for his DVDs if he wants to, it's his choice. But I don't have to agree that it's right.

I find it somewhat hypocritical that he's here advertising his productions while at the same time saying "you, you, you and you, can't watch it!".

And not because these people sold or stole his work, but because they disagreed with him!

I DON'T FUCKIN HAVE MUCH PROBLEM WITH ONLY JUST PEOPLE DISAGREEING WITH ME BY PROVIDING VALID POINTS & LEAVE OPTION FOR DISCUSSION!!!

First nobody asked you to participate...The problem is not that you didn't participate...The problem is
that you banned me from a GNR tracker due to Selling...

Paying for Tickets & DV Tapes isn't buying/selling Business?? So why do you Ban me??

I Fail to realize how a ticket & a Blank DV Tape can film a concert

Filming Expenses are:

Transportation/Travelling
Tickets
Dv Tapes
Camera Usage Costs
Accomodation (If Needed) (Slept overnight at the floor of Dublin Airport-No Costs!!!)
Maybe?some simple Food

These are the simple expenses that almost everyone (Most people i kn0w) gets covered for in every day life when he deliveres a product...and I can assure you i choosed the cheapest options as I Risked my own money, because it was a self funded voluntary project without sure outcome & no backup....

It is your right to not want to see that....But you have no right in my eyes to Ban Someone
because You Fail to see What are Considered as true Expenses in a real everyday Life.

Someone else Caould have added the following expenses too.

- Personal Risk Compensation as it is something illegal
- Personal Working Fee.

But as i am a Fan I do not see them as expenses & never asked for them....


AND YES NOBODY ASKED ME/HIRED ME TO DO IT

But If you later Want to Enjoy my Ownself funded voluntary product....And you Have No Self Funded Voluntary Product To Trade, Then the minimum you Need To Cover are my true expenses in my eyes...

i know what the real expenses are. BUT you are a fan, taping shows isn't a job, so you don't get full coverage for it.

and ofcourse i undrestand that taping a show takes away alot of the experience of being on a conceert, but YOU decided to do so.

YOU said yourself (don't know which forum by now ) you taped the shows to do something back for all the other shows you got. Taking it from that angle i think it's more then nice from other ppl to even concidering paying for some costs you've made.

So the only conclusion i can make out of this is that you never intended to trade these shows but to sell them from the start, sure it's handy to blame it on some ppl to try to make you look better, that's your problem. If you can't handle critisism, then you shouldn't have started the making of dvd's. ppl will always say things you don't like/appreciate, if you can't find a way in yourself to ignore that then you have big problems ahead of you (and not just forum related )

and about the PCT banning. We have rules (selling, etc) and ppl agreed upon them before becoming a member.
We don't have specific rules about buying.

Wrong My intnetion was to trade with other filmers....But then i realized that very very few people filmed nice quality 06 shows & had something to trade...so next step as i was leaving, it was covering the expenses as lot of people asked & wanted my shows and didn't have something to give me back
And I wanted something back...But i was not willing to compromise my espenses because of some
people were failing to see what  my true expenses were& what weren't.

Then i decided to share the shows for Free for the people who felt to support me for filming and offered me my expenses & also to the new GNR fans...I hated to bury those shows with me.

Yes but you use shows that come form Filmers/Sellers and you or members buy them to run yout tracker. Also the majority of shows that were shared on this tracker were Released By Buying/Selling.Also How can you ban a filmer when you use HIS Private Film to make a tracker work.??

I could have respected the Selling rule if the tracker Had nothing to do with Films that were released from selling & Didn't buy shows...Then I would say that is the Free tracker they are talking about.

I care cause i believe it is an unfair decision towards me and because i used & supported that tracker all this years & shared my collection to the fans.
I left the tracker on my free will because of the attitude towards my shows & Me..
If the tracker changes attitude towards the authorers/filmers then i want to have the option to come back.

Unfortunately Not enough Money on my Bank Acount to be able to film the London Gigs..
Even the ?1000 I spented to Film the 6 UK & Ireland Gigs Was too Much for my finances.

As I said, you sure as hell enjoy using this service (which is provided for free for you) to spread your work, but at the same time you think many of us don't "deserve" to watch your DVDs.

You seem to fail to realize that selling bootlegs is against the rules, but you still didn't end up banned. I guess that's not something you like to think about.
