I just read this :

guitarist Buckethead will release a set of albums, entitled ''In Search Of The'', on February 21. While not much is known about this collection, it has been confirmed that there are a total of thirteen albums that have each been personally numbered and monogrammed by Buckethead himself.

According to musician/producer and frequent Buckethead collaborator Travis Dickerson, ''This is not a regular CD. It's hand-made, hand-burned. The cover is whatever is deemed to be written on it. This is not a manufactured deal; each one is different and will be numbered and monogramed. No two of these will be the same. I have never heard of an artist doing something like this. This is as direct from the artist to the fan as I have ever heard of.

''As far as the content, I don't know, but the mystery around it is no surprise. Again, I can't speculate because I don't want to mislead anyone, I just don't know anymore. My gut sense is this is a conceptual work, a piece of art. It could contain anything.''

Each CD can be purchased separately for $20, while the entire 13-volume collection is available for $200.

The here button did not work  Sad  sounds interesting though.

Maybe it has something to do with:

Then again, wasn't Buckethead - Secret Recipe DVD the 13th anniversary celebration.

He's celebrating the 13th birthday of Bucketheadland for a couple years now. Actually, every year is BHL's 13th birthday....

yeah, you think GNR's offical site sucks; Buckethead's is worse. The 13th anniversary celebration has been up since like 2005. Besides, buckethead.tk is really his unofficial official site.

I've only made it 1/2 way throught the first disc "I", cause it's just amazing!!  so far, great sound quality!
Track 1. about a minute long; sounds like he's murdering his guitar!
Track 2.  almost 15 min; amazing meandering solo, really cool bass and beat behind it
Track 3. about 3 min; sounds like Pop.Override, very jazzy! who knew??
Track 4.  2 1/2 min long; sick bass riffs - who's playing bass on these tracksHuh  some random guitar noises
Track 5.  about a min.; synth/keyboard stuff - disney-ish maybe?!
Track 6. 15 min! classic Buckethead - haven't heard it all the way through, like EMAC crashed into CSS
Track 7. 1 1/2 min; keyboard stuff, kinda like what he plays on Young Buckethead in Jas' basement
Track 8. 5 1/2 min; totally something you would hear floating through the Willy Wonka tunnel!!!

kick ass!!
smoking

He appears to have no.7 - I wonder how many numbers there will be?

You can choose to purchase individual volumes, if you chose to do so.  Highly recommended
