The chili peppers...great band,Flea is without a doubt one of the best bassist,his stage presence is awesome and funny,Frusciante:great guitarist,the band as a whole awesome,pioneers of a genre.

People always say how one hot minute sucked but I disagree...love that album,one of my favorites.

I like RHCP too (hmm, do i like every band, that we?re talking about..). At the moment i love Universaly speaking, the best new song!

I saw them live about 2 month ago and they actually had great live show, yam!

I don't think they are the best band in the world because the best band in the world is Guns N' Roses. I like the Red Hot Chili Peppers but, I also liked there music from the 90' better. I love the song Under The Bridge. I must say they make cool videos all the time.  Cool

sorry but they aint the best band in the world its def GN'R but chilis are brill.seen them twice and booked my ticket to see them again in august.prefer the earlier stuff (all albums up to one hot minute),not that keen on newer stuff but still listenable.

I find it hard to believe that someone doesn't like Californication....that album gets close to being a masterpiece.

The Chilis are the only band that has been able to make a great mix of rap,funk and rock(that goes for all the lame bizkit and lamekin park fans)

if u havent listened to the entire red hot chili peppers by the way cd u are missin out on some of the greatest music ever. tracks 1 thru 16 are amazing, now this album isnt an easy digestible piece of work, takes some listens to fully appreciate it, by the way is probably one of the three worst songs on the cd there is no filler on this,
1.by the way nice opening track im sure u have heard
2.universally speaking single over seas right now, great song
3.this is the place
4.dosed unreal fuckin song, great shit here on the radio now
5.dont forget me, u have to hear this slow rocker, great shit
6.zephyr song, sure u have heard this one
7.cant stop once again big hit sure u have heard it
8. i could die 4 u, nother great love tune
9.midnight: should b a single its that great
10.throw away your television, chili rocker
11.cabron little latin thing going on great song
12. tear best song on cd should b a single very powerful
13.on mercury weird song but great after some listens
14.minor thing excellent sing along song
15 warm tape very trippy psychadelic sort of number
16 venice queen, great love song

the cd is full of slow melodic beautiful love songs, great traveling cd, u can put it in and not skip a track. stayed in my cd player for 3 weeks str8 b4 i took it out, un fuckin real cd, u are missin out if u dont listen to this great cd. feedback if u have heard it!

Jim there's nothing else out there that sounds like anything on the album. Hardly pop. Maybe soft music, but not pop.
