I like this tune
I thought the last album was not very interesting, though
yeah didn't like the last one either, maybe it's the lack of John Fruciante? Come to think of it, the only Chili Peppers albums I don't care for since BSSM came out are "One Hot Minute" and the last one. Both of those albums have different guitar players.
Yeah, I think it is pretty common actually. I don't dislike One Hot Minute, but to me it's the most "uniteresting" album they have released. I'm With You on the other hand is interesting, I think they just did what they felt like doing even though they knew some fans would not like it. But that's pretty much what they've been doing since they started
Sure you can hear the lack of Frusciante, he is just too unique to be replaced. The style and the sound... and he's a great writer too.
But talking about this last single, I really dig it! The piano in the background is a nice touch. I just hope they will finally mix the album well..
