His mother had some indian roots but I don't think it got something to do with this thing on that photo...

Yeah they were living in Florida, Izzy: "I grew up in Florida and moved with my mom to Lafayette..." but indeed she got indian roots, that's why (like izzy said) he get drunk very fast

Mango lassi is from nepal... which isnt native indian... which could mean that he is indian from india. just a thought... it does make sense... i dont see many people randomly saying they like indian food unless they are indian or they are associated with indian people in some way...
