I'm enjoying it.  Its easily on par with With Teeth and Year Zero for sure.. but it will take a few days of listening for me  to really know where this stands up with the rest of the NIN catalogue.

I was fully expecting to pull out my Debit Card and drop 10 bucks *gladly would have* and I saw the free and I was very very happy. whats cool is, this isnt some throw away garbage filler album, this is an amazing record for FREE!

After one listen so far i think its pretty damn good. I think the best tracks are head down and letting up. The instrumentals are awesome too.

All this just goes to show a great musician who knows how to look after his fans. Trent's so cool, with constant updates, free music,  frequent tours, he sure knows how to keep everyone happy. Quite the opposite to those in the GNR camp. It just makes Axl look like more of a sham than he already is.

theres a thread on echoing the sound where someone uploaded the unreleased ghosts tracks in yousendit files. they are from the limited edition.

ugh so far this new album isnt doing much for me either.

Too much electronica, i cant get anything from music like that, theres no emotion is a processed digital sound that someone can create on apple software.
