it was more like his doctor forbid or at least adviced him not to play the gig but axl refused to cancel and played the show anyway.. in the end of nightrain where he usually sings never to return well he sang that part.. then ran backstage, so baz was a hero and saved the end of the show by sainging the end of nightrain and PC (it's on youtube) because axl couldn't.. don't remember what was wrong with axl though.. maybe something about his throat or lungs

I remember he had a problem with blood sugar and his doctor wanted him to cancel the rest of the concert, if memory serves me correctly. Also, didn't he have an ear infection that caused him dizziness and pain, or was that another show he had to cancel last year?

It could've been exhaustion but it was probably more of an allergic reaction to something ..... like to food or pollen or British midgets.? no
