From Sebastianbach.com

With the official radio impact date of September 4 for the highly explosive lead off single from Sebastian Bach, "(Love Is) A Bitchslap"

Hope this is the "final" version. yes

You forgot the most important part: ... Sirius Octane has decided to debut and add the single into rotation this afternoon!

No I didn't lol.  That has been up for a while and this from the interview...

Q: Wasn't the single already submitted to radio a couple of weeks ago?

Sebastian: That's an early version. I wasn't finished [with] the record, but the roughs that I did [are] really amazing. [Laughs]

The album's cover is pretty good I think

This is an amzing thing, and after all those tours and gigs, it's another way for Axl to just state that he's back peace

Just a few parts on someone else's record, then ... what we are waiting for !

I dont know if I am wording this correctly, I just think no matter how good an album is, after all this time it needs to be a special release, not just a disc with 10 great songs on it.
Releasing 4 albums at once would blow people away and if they were all Chinese Democracy, then I would say CD was definently worth the long wait.

I'd rather have 4 new albums in 4 years, Chinese Democracy volume 1, 2, 3 and 4

4 albums at the same time would be huge, too big and hard to melt hihi it would take hours just to find your favourite songs and get into them all and shit

I agree with you. Although 4 albuns at once would be amazing and justify the "10 years in the making", it wouldn't sell as much as one album per year, four years in a row. And plus, the critics would probably trash it just for the pleasure of being critics.

yes, you're probably right. People would say its to expensive to buy 4 albuns at the same time, and that kind of shit would lower the album sales. But for us, hardcore fans, we would buy 10 GnR albuns at the same time, hell 20...more ?hihi

I mean its cool that Bach is talkin about Axl on HIS RECORD but when he starts volunteering too much info on CD about "Sorry" and 4 different versions etc. That makes me nervous.

"So in January, I went to Electric Lady [studios in New York City], and I sang the chorus of this song "Sorry", and it came out really, really amazing."

Even though I know to take everything Baz says with a grain of salt, it's still disappointing to hear that as recent as January they might still have been laying down vocals. ?Undecided

well, we already knew that didn't we? i think axl said so.. recording was done in march or something it's maybe in the mixing stage now, who knows.. let's be happy for these news instead of being pesimistic
Yes, I think you're right about the "March" part. ?If I remember correctly, the "March sessions" were to (deservedly) incorporate Frank & Ron into the album.

So I think what I'm really disappointed about is that the changes made in January were to give someone not in the band a seemingly prominent spot on the album. ?With all the shit that the guys who are in the band have had to eat, you'd think that on at least the initial release that the focus would be all on them.

I think it would kinda suck for people to hear the song and go:

WOW! ?Which one is singing with Axl on that song?

None. ?That's Baz.

Baz is in GNR?

No.
