I normally wouldn't, but I came into some cash and figured, why  not?

I'd just end up blowing it on dumber stuff.

Ive seen BJ twice and always terrible seats, so i figured this time, I'd get close.

Wow when did you go man? Last time we spoke I don't think u had been able to catch them yet!

Fantastic show tonight in Dallas. They filmed a live video for When We Were Beautiful. They played some unexpected songs like I'll be there for you, Lay your hand on me, for once Richie didn't do homebound train. He was the one that sung Lay your hands on me. They did something for the pain. There was a few more unexpected ones but my brain isn't working at the moment. The setlist will be up on their website by morning anyway!

I still think a full concert webcast would be nice considering the ridiculous ticket prices. Lots of people can't afford those tickets and a full concert webcast would be cool.

I absolutely hate that "We Got It Goin On" song

no idea why they insist on playing that shit at every concert when they have so many fantastic songs they could be playing instead.

I actually like that one. I could've done without Lost Highway. Its the only one that really sounds country to me. I wonder when they'll release the video for when we were beautiful they recorded live last night. I doubt i'll be in it but still cool i was there for that.

That would be a great single. The sing along at the shows with that one is great.

Too many new songs on that setlist for my liking.  Glad I got to see them their last time out, although even that was a little too late for me.  1993 or so would've been ideal.

What's wrong with new songs man? I actually like quite a bit of the circle.

I haven't bothered to try to get into any new Bon Jovi since 1990 or so.  I loved Bon Jovi as a kid in the 80's and then liked a few songs through the 90's.  I couldn't stand what I heard from "Lost Highway".  I've only heard the lead single from "The Circle" so I can't say it's bad.  I just don't care to invest the time to find out.  So that's why I wouldn't care for the new songs.

This is cool. We're actually gonna see about half of the show. I wish we had gotten captain crash and sleep when i'm dead last night. I love those songs. I see the cameras did show the back of the arena where i was sitting. So maybe i'll be in the video! That would be cool.

Bon Jovi Play On Top Of O2

by Paul Cashmere - June 9 2010

Bon Jovi often raise the roof but last night in London they were on top of the roof. Bon Jovi were the first band ever to play on the O2 Arena rooftop.

In London for a 12-date residency at the new venue, the band climbed on top of the O2 to perform four songs from their world tour setlist.

Passers-by heard ‘We Weren’t Born To Follow’ and ‘Superman Tonight’ from the recent album The Circle, as well as ‘It’s My Life’ and ‘You Give Love A Bad Name’.

They also re-dedicated The Lyric Wall, a giant wall inside the venue, with their words.

Bon Jovi opened the O2 on June 24, 2007.

Their London dates are June 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 17, 19, 20, 22, 223, 25, 26
