Has anyone else noticed that the shows in South America are more documented on the news networks than ones in the rest of the world. I know the UK and Europe have had more news reports about the shows than the US, but I am surprised at just how many news segments I have seen in SA, reporting on the shows. I wish the US, UK and Europe's media was more on the ball about reporting GN'R shows like SA.

But don't get me wrong, I know in 2006, the UK and Europe had a few news segments on the shows. BUT it seems to me the South America press are more passionate about it.

And also in saying that I can't remember any news reports about the shows in the US in 2006, but I could be wrong, just haven't seen any myself.

It was a wonderful tour and well covered, all thanks to the S AM fans.  You guys are great.  Raised the bar on concert coverage with the live stream.  Biggest banners/flags at concerns I have ever seen.  They can't get off a plane down there or be in a motel without you guys knowing it.  Thank you, thank you, thank you.   beer

Now that SA tour has finished we can say that those huge things we said that were going to happen REALLY happened.  beer
