Oh no don't worry. lol Everyone does it. even in conversation. I just get a kick out of it. Hell I do it. It's kind of like saying you want eggs in your omelet.

Axl's diva demands are amusing BTW, Wonder what Hetfield would think  Grin

Diva?

Looks pretty regular to me.

If you had the choice, would you eat with plastic forks or not?

Fruit is "not easy"?

Seems to me like the writer is unaware of how these things work. Most artists would ask for similar things.

And if a promoter can't get you red apples, what are the odds that they can provide you with the electricity needed, or something else related to the show....

Can anyone tell me where this list of requirements can be viewed?

i also think the requirements are pretty ordinary. He just seems to want some comfort away from home. Life on the road is hard, so these things help to make the tour more bearable for everyone in the band. the more relaxed they are the more energy on stage, thus a better show for all of us.

i'm so happy with this tour Smiley it took ages but it's finally here! everyone enjoy your shows and make the  best of it!!!  beer

The most exciting thing about that article is the mention of the large quantity of equipment like pyro, lights and video screens.

All things point to a big production. ok

" SOLD OUT "

« Reply #1068 on: December 05, 2009, 12:18:04 PM »

18'000 tickets sold? Seems pretty good...but I've read somewhere that this stadium had a 40'000 people capacity...

False. Painciao Stadium, Taiwan:

Capacity: 30.000 Aprox. (Sports Events)

Capacity: 20.000 Aprox. (Concerts Events)

Yeah, it's funny how people are focusing on the things they WON'T get to see.

 ok

Oops, my bad, sorry! So, about 18'000 tickets sold out of 20'000, and still a few days to come? That's pretty good! I know the most important thing is the show itself, not the numbers of tickets sold, but I'm happier when a Guns n' roses show has sold well. It kinda puts a smile on my face (not a good thing, I don't look good that way! no Grin).

The band arrived in Korea at 03:35pm Korean time according to fans at the airport.
Some guy said he/she got an autograph from Ron.

http://www.rollingstone.com/rockdaily/index.php/2009/11/19/bonnaroo-nails-down-dates-for-2010-festival-june-10-13th/

Looking ahead to 2010, it seems like the reunited Pavement might be destined for a headlining slot (Stephen Malkmus is a ?Roo vet having played the festival in 2006). Phish is also a good bet, as are this year?s Super Bowl halftime performers the Who. And call us crazy, but we?re gonna go out on a limb and predict Guns n? Roses, who have already scheduled shows in Asia and Canada, will bring Chinese Democracy to Tennessee in 2010.   Grin

man, i'd shit a brick... WALL!!! lol

sounds crazy, but i'll keep my fingers crossed until they announce the official line up on tuesday
