I guess he's trying to say that the Aerosmith show was canceled in Chile and the band is playing in Paraguay instead.

We have some definitive info here:

TICKETS VALUES:

CAMPO: 120.000 guaranies = u$s 30 = 128 argentine pesos
PLATEA: 140.000 guaranies = u$s 36 = 150 argentine pesos
PLATEA PREFERENCIAL: 490.000 guaranies = u$s 125,80 = 527 argentine pesos
ZONA GNR: 1250000 guaranies = u$s 320.92 = 1344 argentine pesos

PRE-SALE: Starts wednesday 24th of august. It will be exclusive for PERSONAL (cellphone company) but open for all publics, not only for clients. The only option to get a ticket during the pre-sale is buying them in one of the PERSONAL stores.

GENERAL SALE starts the 27th, where tickets will be available in all selling points.

FOREIGNERS have to call to REDUTS and they will tell you how to proceed with the Western Union method (the only way to get a ticket for foreigners).
