I'm sorry to interrupt such joy and happiness coming out of everyone of you, South American fans in Brazil, Bolivia, Argentina and Paraguay... but I'm sad and bitter. Chile was (at least for experience) one of the three safe stops in S.Am until now. This time (and I know I speak for all chilean fans) we are left out, excluded. And we feel abandoned.
I understand there's many reasons for a band not to go to a specific place, and most of it doesn't necessarily depends on GNR's tour management. Actually, I assume that Beta and the rest of Team Brazil did their best to bring Axl and the boys to Santiago... but maybe that infuriates me even more, if possible.
Chile has such a lame music industry: Radio stations, booking agents, concert producers, rock press and all those around, led by what's more "profitable"... THEY make a good or bad image around an artist and manages the keys to wide open the doors to them... or slap them with that fucking door in the face.
Like I said, I'm sad and bitter. I would love to see my favorite band and not being able to do it makes me feel bad. Even more when I realize GNR is going to be flying around me, next door to me, so close to me for almost a month, and not landing in my home. This is killing me and I'm sure there's thousands of fans here who feels the same.
So, enjoy the shows.
I'm so pissed off!!

It's unfortunate that Chile isn't included in the tour. The shows there in 2010 and 2011 were great.
But maybe the problem is the concert promoters, like you said. Fans were asking GN'R to come to Chile. Of course the band wants to play everywhere they can. Maybe the fans could've asked the prooters and pushed them. Showed them there was interest.
Maybe this was done, I don't know. All I saw was a bunch of fans asking GN'R to come to Chile...

Full concerts in chile in march & april... electronics, house, festival, people interesing in Lollapalooza, nin, rhcp, arcade fire, soundgarden and more.
Promotors cero interesing in Gnr, not published of band in my country, no sales, no venue, much factors.

So you're saying it's timing. March and April already havea lot of concerts there, mainly from the so called alternative genre. So the promoters don't think they'd make money on a GN'R show?

I don't have any schedules available. But consider the fact that you're supposed to be done and ready to get your spot before doors open (early entry).
Doors are supposedly at 18:00 according to the ticketing site.
