I Can Finally Say I Saw Guns N' Roses Without Any Caveats, Qualifiers, Or Preambles.  And It Was GLORIOUS.  Best Concert Of My Life.

In my opinion, it's official because that's what I picked to call it. 
In Slash's opinion, maybe not so much.  Lips Sealed

I used to post -- Slash's solo - (??)/Godfather Theme -- in the setlist but the (??) seemed to confuse people too.  I do not know the name (or if it even has one) of what Slash plays before he gets into the Godfather Theme intro and song so I decided to give it the name Doodlez to indicate he is playing something before (sort of like his personal solo-jam). 

He may be just doodling, hence the name.

And just like there are both Dipsy and Cheez Doodles, there seems to be more than one version of Slash's Doodlez too.
