Well it seems to me it's logical step for them. I mean, they're playing on every single continent (except Africa, I guess).

And Europe is just waiting for them!!!  Grin But I just hope these are first leg of Euro tour and there will be more dates.  peace

Full European summer tour is a no brainer IMO. But I wouldn't be expecting anything 'official' until after Christmas

This is being discussed in the general tour thread in more detail. Those dates have been doing the rounds for a while now.

From thegunsnroses.it FB

^^ GN'R hitting San Siro in June, according to someone working concert security (whose company already signed on for the gig)

Apprently, They are going to be doing cabling / sound for a press conference with MCD tomorrow in relation to a huge worldwide band doing a gig in Croke Park next July.

It'd be hilarious if there was an announcement tomorrow but it was some other band beer

Prepare to laugh then- it looks like Robbie Williams.

Try and keep it that way. I once worked at a record shop where we were forced to listen to his greatest hits over and over and over. Awful.

IRISH BY BIRTH, CORK BY THE GRACE OF GOD

« Reply #18 on: October 28, 2016, 07:46:40 PM »

Yeah spin here in Ireland seemed to be the only station who said it was Robbie Williams when all the others said GNR. But Robbie isn't playing at Croker so still two shows allowed next year.

Unrelated to pretty much everything but I decided to listen to Robbie Williams. While this surely can be good music for some, this is not for me.

What's with Croke Park and the restricted days? I know it's sacred and should really only be used for Gaelic games but is there any other reason? Surely, the pitch condition or only because it's our land. We want money from you but please don't disturb us.
