Just saw Carrie Underwear in concert and was impressed with the In the round stage, something Metallica did nearly 20 years ago..Essentially there is a main center stage with catwalks/stages on both sides.. A piano came out on one end giving that side a fri t row experience..I think this could work with GNR on an arena run..

Also it appears Carrie was channeling her inner Axl, show opened with Back in Black then ended with Knocking on Heavens Door..
