Sold-out tonight!

That's a fkn amazing shot its crazy  that just by having Slash and Duff back has increased demand to see GnR by 1000% even though they have no new material to promote, I hope they don't go down the same route as The Police and Stone Roses by just touring and not putting out anything new only a greatest hits ,at the very least we should get a live album/DVD as they filmed the La shows professionally last year ,going  by this reunion tour there is a huge market for them to put out a new album and they have single handedly rescued rock music from the brink of extinction in the mainstream which has been taken over by manufactured disposable pop and Rnb rubbish.BHS went down a storm in Slane it was one of the highlights of the gig it was an amazing gesture to Chris whose impact on music should be kept alive.

Thanks man! I'm really looking forward to this, should be a blast. My first show of this tour.

I'm tempted to see an arena show in the US this fall as well.

Awesome show. One of the best GN'R shows I've been to for sure.

People in the crowd around me were losing their minds, band sounded great and were super loud - and the setlist was awesome.

Yes Will, they played OTGM!

So BHS

Is now a staple?

Yes.

What do you think of Axl's performance tonight, generally through the whole show?

What was their best song performance as a band?

What song did the crowd react to the most?

I couldn't care less about about how the band or crowd sounded for a show I wasn't even close to going to

What I care most about is

This band is about to come back to north amrerica for the second time in as many years and is on leg 7 roughly of this tour and I have seen or heard nothing new

I have heard the excuse wait for the whole world to see this act theyvyou can start to complain   Really?

So in aug when they play in Denver and its the exact same show.   Glorious!

Fucking incredible show. Just got back...it's 2 am. The best I've seen GNR played, ever.

I've never seen Axl so happy and so intense. He was so in the zone, absolutely incredible. Slash was flawless all night long with exception of Jungle, seems to me the guitar got out of tune somewhere in the bridge. Other than that, he fucking nailed it. His solo part sounded a lot like "Johnny be good" and then lead into "The GodFather theme"

I was down in the pit, so it got pretty intense there. Not one single soul left the building until the last note of Paradise City was played. No one. Show ended at 0:10 am (started at 9:21 pm, I can't believe they were early).

Highlights were so many; Double talking, Estranged, Coma, Rocket Queen, LALD, YCBM...the biggest one though was probably seeing Axl, Slash and Duff sharing the stage again. I 'can't simply describe how that felt to me.

People fucking lost their minds with LALD, YCBM, Jungle....and the obvious PC. But i was really impressed how everyone around me stayed till the very last note and enjoyed every minute of the show.

Man...what a show. My back is killing me now. This is what happens when yo spend 3 hours at the pit singing and jumping like crazy at 41. Kids, don't try to do that! My back will probably complain tomorrow, but I do not really care tonight.

On a side note, Richard and Slash also played a little of The Allman Brother's "Melissa" right before Don't Cry in tribute to Greg Allmans' recent passing. I always liked that song, so kinda cool they improvised it. I was also surprise they played Don't Cry and Patience. I was not expecting it.
