As for the empty seats... The first tier was GA along with the floor, so people could move between seats and the floor on their own discretion.

So what's the true number for this sell out?

And

How come in the second nights show

The cast emptyness didn't look as bad
The Telegraph article suggests 80,000  Shocked It did look pretty packed when I had to leave the floor to take a leak about 2 hours in.

Two nights of 80 000 each night

That is very impressive

I don't think 80,000 is the right number. For an end-stage setup like this, I can estimate about 50,000 given there are a total of 60,000 seats in the stadium (including behind the stage).

Think I read its 60000 roughly for seated football and around 80000 for concerts.

Imola is the biggest show up to now, and they say 83 k ticket sold (but knowing my italian friends I suggest more than 83 k people were there  hihi) ...knowing that it's an open space and u really cant find an empty spot, 80 k at once for that stadium is really just too much...

Whatever the numbers are they are huge 60-80 thousands two nights Ina row

It's something the band should be proud of

It should be promoting this via social marketing and networking

It should be talking about this in interviews and radio spots.   It's cool

But no

Fans can just keep guessing and speculating

Yes, but I'm sure that's for in the round concerts with the stage in the middle of the stadium and 100% of the seats plus the floor filled up.

No I am talking about how you have zero clue on how many people are actually there.

You are guess.  You have numbers from 50-80 thousand people.

A simple tweet or message or quick interview or god forbid a nice little talk on the Mic from the band during the show thanking the how many people are here making it a sell out....

Or you can just keep guessing and posting your pictures.

I'm just guessing based on the info I've seen. It's not even important... it was yet another sold out stadium, good enough for me.

This is yet another thing you are nitpicking on just so you can broadcast your daily dose of negatives.

"Why aren't they publishing the exact attendance numbers in social media?".... Jesus, is this the level of criticism now?

The numbers will come with Billboard Boxscore by the way, no worries.

Yep I think the interaction between the band and fans via through social media or any other form of media could be 1000000000000 * better.

Promoting huge sold out shows, talking to fans, giving some sorta specific info are all good things.

Sorta like opposite of the social media posts you linked to here.

Anyways.  Great crowd!  It is impressive.  I will go back to my other fun threads

No lithographs?

There was one, a drawing of a top-hat wearing Jack the Ripper figure (white on black) with a guitar in a Victorian alleyway. To me, this was available as a teeshirt, but din't work as well as the print, as image was cropped on each side taking away (IMO) the effect. As an aside, the image about (the bullet logo with the Union Flag insert, would have sold loads if available as a tee-shirt. But they sold loads anyway of the other designs.

I bought the Ripper a Lithograph T Shirt, it's pretty cool. Wanted a different from normal tour T Shirt this time. There was a good choice of designs though.

Don't know about anyone else but I'm thinking this might be the one and only time we see this lineup touring. Have a feeling it might be a one off and then everyone will go their separate ways.

Amazing, amazing show Smiley Smiley  I asked soem staff members and they all said around 80,000.  The empty seats were just the lower tier was included in the GA and people could move about.  The show was phenomonal possibly the best concert I have been to.  My partner knows the hits thought it was outstanding was surprised by how many album tracks he knew Smiley

Went to the pop up shop early Friday morning and was surprised to be one of the 50 to receive a free tour t shirt.

All in all I hope this line up does and album or even an Ep and tours and tours and tours Smiley

Across all the Guns N' Roses shows I've been to in the last 15 years I don't recall Axl ever looking as happy onstage as he does right now.

Also the difference in performance between Chicago last July and London last weekend is remarkable, I think this iteration of the band is just getting started, and whether it leads to new music or just more tours I'm happy either way.
