Does anyone know/has heard anything regarding streaming/filming of this show?

Am I right in thinking the shows for RIR are broadcast live on Brazilian TV? Any chance it will be a Coachella type 'two songs and that's yer that' broadcast? Traditionally we've always had the full show haven't we?

Full broadcast by Brazilian tv: Globo and Multishow (Globo's cable channel). Both networks have their own streaming services, but I'm not sure if it works for other countries.

Rock in Rio starts this weekend (September 15th), so it's a great opportunity to figure out.

100% sure. Rock in Rio (Brazilian Edition) is always fully broadcasted.

I'll be part of the 4K RIR broadcast trial here in Brazil. I would LOVE to get it recorded for all you guys, but I don't have any recording device nor a powerful computer (only a 2012 MacBook Air and a Chromebook Plus).

If anyone have any idea - considering I'm not gonna buy anything expensive like an El Gato card -, feel free to tell me.

Thank you. I watched yesterday's gigs (nothing exciting, stuff like Fergie and Maroon 5) and it looked really good with crystal clear image quality. The sound was a bit messy - the regular channel was 5.1 (I guess), so my stereo sound only had the vocals. The solution was to turn on the 2nd sound channel (SAP), but the RIR sound mix was always shit anyways.

And only now you're saying something?? we could've started a BIG Kickstarter for you! 

Haha, I actually said something about that a couple of months ago. But I probably would have some problems with the DRM. I don't know really.
