How about Volbeat? I don't like them especially- but I understand they're massively popular. Too big for a support slot I'd have thought?

I saw them live once in a festival, it was boring as hell. Whenever i hear one of their songs in the radio ect, my feelings only come stronger Embarrassed

Manic Street Preachers is a great opening act & I always thought Dead Dasies would suit. Richard will no doubt guest.

I?m going to Gothenburg hope I get one of them there.

The band will also support boyhood heroes Guns N? Roses on a series of European dates. ?That is a long-realised ambition for them,? said Thomas. ?Duff [McKagan, GN?R guitarist] personally asked them to do it because of the links between the bands.

I'm under the impression that it's Duff who has been organizing all the support acts for the tours. There seems to be links between him and most of the ones booked previously.

Seems to be a combination. I can see Slash having a hand in inviting Wolfmother and Lenny Kravitz, while Axl knew Tyler Bryant from the AC/DC shows.

Wonder who thought Skrillex was a good idea?!

Can you, please, stop scaring people. It is still very cold here but spring is coming and after that comes summer.

I checked that Skrillex and luckily they are playing nowhere near where I'll be attending ok

Now we know the summer is coming. I'm watching some Polish news and they had a report about a stadium renovation and getting everything ready.

Their national football (soccer) team is playing there next week so it was about that.

However, I've heard of an American rock n' roll band who will pay a visit to that very stadium in July. See you soon Cool beer

Awesome!. Manic Street Preachers is a great, great band. ''Send Away The Tigers'' is probably one of my favourite albuns back to back from all time.

Good to find some send away the tigers fans! That album isn't viewed too highly, but i rate it as oneof their best too. Do you like lifeblood? That gets a panning from everyone, invluding the band, but i love that one too.

I must say I've never heard of an album by that name yes

But I really like the name so I'll have to give it a listen as I'll be seeing the band live.
