Is the capital of Tennessee pronounced Notsville or Knocksville?

It's pronounced Nashville.  

Probably a better joke if you're not standing in Nashville.    

For you people from another country, Knoxville is a city in Tennessee and people think it's the capital.  There's different ways to pronounce it.  You know like, Missoure or Missoura.  Richard will say Missoure, a is for our hillbillies.  The a should have some kind of squigly mark above it, it's not a hard a.  Like if you were singing aaah.  Forget it, these jokes are better said then typed.

I will always remember a long time ago, cancelled show here, for the gnr rumor that they cancelled because they had to fly back to LA to film in an all girls school for a video.  And leaves me wondering if that's not the school footage in Hard Skool and if that rumor might have been true.

Is this the town where Izzy was suppose to rejoin the band and all that talk of money being why he didn't got started?

I guess if you're going to make music history this is one of the towns where it happens.
