Great list of life changing albums from Richard - some stuff I expected, some stuff I didn't. Paul's Boutique is a really great record!

I was expecting YES.  I'm surprised there was no Frank Zappa.

I was introduced to Zappa's music by a bunch of guys who attend NW Military Academy in Wisconsin.  I'm sure they were more into the lyrics than the music.  But then I got into college, three of my college roommates were musicians and they were really into the music.  I thought it all rather bizarre at first.  I still can't say no shit without singing it.  Cheesy  The flute player, of course, was into Tull.  She says Ian Anderson grunts into his flute, you can't make his sounds without doing that.  Songs From the Woods is one of my all time favorites.
