I dont really know forsure as Im not a lesbian or a girl, but I think if you know your partner extensively and if their partners before you were disease free, I doubt they really worry to much about protection when it comes to oral sex. I know from my history no girl has ever asked me to put on a rubber for oral...just a matter of preference I spose.

They actually make protection for oral sex, sort of like a small sheet of plastic.  Don't ask me where you buy it though, I've never been in the market.  I just know a lot about sex (minor in college, really, not kidding).  I'm sure if you search sex stores on the internet you could find them.
