anyone good at photoshop? Could you help me do a picture?!

I have two pictures and want to photoshop a shot of me on to another one.  I've tried everything and I suck at it.  I've seen that some of you on here are MASTERS at photoshop and can make the picture look like it was never touched.  Any help would be greatly appreciated and I would owe you one!  I'll send you a GN'R related item if you help me out (I'm an e-bay power seller), this picture if for a website I'm doing and it shouldn't take long!
