While I appreciate the effort, I hope that someone here can re-upload these video files in a less esoteric set-up.

nothing esoteric ...

pando rox. you can stop the download when you want ... and it's very very fast. (just wait the upload finishes)

it's way better than rapidshare  Roll Eyes

I'm the Terminator.

I'm not saying you did anything wrong, I just saw some format questions in this thread, and I just wanted to clear that up.

To have this as 1.2GB for any reason other than burning to DVD - it's a waste of space. The original stream in ASX is half that size.

I appreciate you uploading it though. Do you know how to use FTP?

I can split this shit up tonight and put individual .mpg's for direct download on my server, if you are alright with that.

THE ORIGINAL ASX IS 1GB dude.

you ve got the low speed stream version.

and yes you can split the files if you want.

i've got 6x10GB FTPs but try to upload a 1.2gb file on a FTP  ok
it must be cut in many small files. and it's way more complicated than Pando.

My file is 950MB, I thought I had fucked it up and made it too big.

Bandita's is only 300MB: so I guess that's off, too

What I want is your original .ASX

When you are done uploading this, will you upload it to my FTP, so I can cut it up and make a DVD for it, and I'll also host .mpg videos for those who can't burn DVD.

FTP is not complicated. You start an FTP Program, log in, start uploading the file, and then you do nothing but wait.

I need the original .ASX from someone, there is no point in splitting up anything other than that.

My problem is my .ASX is missing 1:30 from Brownstone

Also, does your .asx still have the f'n copy protection (DRM) on it? My recording still does.

I used WM Recorder, what did you use?

I can upload 950MB in about 3-4 hours - I didn't realize that was a big deal.

I'm sure I'll get a clean .ASX from somewhere.

Mind telling me which program you used for capture, so I can use that one in the future?

that's great for you ... but my FTP are restricted. it really hard to upload more than 200MB files...
that's why many pople on the newsgroups are cutting movie files in many small files ...  thats the only way to upload big files on ftps or newsgroups.
That's called Multiple Archives.

Thanks for the tip man, and thanks for the upload.

Anyone out there who has the unprotected 950MB .ASX and wants it to be hosted for direct download, PM me.

I wasn't trying to be a dick or anything man. You said "just try to do that" and I was just explaining I already did. I didn't realize you had any restrictions on your FTP.

Thanks for the upload
