Again folks, we have a tie-breaker
It's a tough decade so far
Two albums are tied to be voted off after round 1
So i'll give ya's a day to pick one. since this is the third tiebreaker we've had i gotta come up with some rules.
after the round if two or more albums are tied, the tiebreakers will go as followed
1. I will go by past votes in other rounds.
2. if they are still tied, i will go by Number of nominations
3. if they are still tied I will go by whether or not i nominated the album
4. if there is still a tie i will do a mini-thread like this
In this particular case there is no previous rounds so i go to option #2 - RATM has 6 nominations and Oasis has 5 also for #3 I picked RATM in my nominations but not Oasis, but since the rules were not in place prior to this particular moment, I'll go right to the 4th option.
