need to know a song title/artist

Hi, haven't posted in a while but here it goes: A while back on rock radio, I heard this song that I really liked. But I didn't catch the name of the artist. Here's parts of the lyrics I remember hearing:

"Reminds me that we'll always have each other_when everything else is gone"

That's all I could think of , lyric wise. I thought maybe it was by Incubus. I looked at some of their song lyrics (I'm not too familiar with the band) but I could'nt find any matches.

Maybe someone here would possibly know who this is from?
