DANCE DANCE DANCE DANCE DANCE TO THE RADIO

« on: April 25, 2006, 06:10:12 PM »

... following on from the "Jagermeister" thread...

Any Guinness fans in here...?

I got hooked on the stuff about a year ago and I now weigh a lot more than I did then...!

If we are talking bitters, I also love...

- Boddingtons
- Tetleys
- John Smiths (not as much as the others)

I got hooked on it about a year ago.

I fancied a change and really enjoyed it.

Most of my mates hate it and say it tastes like shit.

I think it's great though, much more of a fuller darker well rounded taste......

.....i only drink spirits these days though, don't want to put on weight....

.....Guinness is good for you to though, there's Iron in it, i think.... Undecided

First time I ever drank guiness, I threw up - after 1 mouthful!! But 2 years later, when there was nothing else to drink, I kind of developed a taste for it, and now I wouldn't drink anything else!!!

I'm not a fan of Guinness, it must be an acquired taste.

I find it's similar to molasses and coffee mixed with alcohol.

I tend to prefer Canadian beer.

I love it... (it has alcohol in it, so it's not a huge surprise...) I'm a huge fan of anything dark soft and smooth.. except if it's a really fat girl.. then propably not.

My favourite drinks would propably be:
Newcastle Brown Ale
Claude Chatelier XO cognac

Yes Guiness is a health drink.  Wasn't Gweneth Paltow drinking it when she was pregnant?  Extra iron for the baby.
