I don't know just what I should do...

The little intro to November Rain he plays (e.g. at Rock Am Ring). Is it an actual piece or something he made up? And does anyone know how to play it (i.e sheet music)?

No, it's different.  It's just a little piece he plays before the song.  I would also like to know what he's playing, if it's anything.
