Best Buy exclusive

I know that CD is exclusive to Best Buy in the USA.  I was wondering if CD will be released in Canada.  I know there is Best Buys in Canada in some major cities but no where even close to me, i believe the closest would be a 25 hour drive.  So if it is exclusive to Best Buy USA, will it be available at any major electronic/music stores in Canada other than Best Buy like Future Shop andf etc.

In other words, will i be able to buy CD in Canada when it is released.

I'm pretty sure it will be a simultaneous release in both the USA and Canada the same time.  Virtually everything else is.

Ummm Best Buy owns Future Shop stores in Canada, so who knows? Also there are Best Buy shops in Canada as well.

It would be nice if they opened the doors at 12am just for this release.  I would be there in a heartbeat, and get all of my xmas shopping done.  Democracy for everyone!

Oh, and it is amazing what real management can do.  I don't think this kind of stuff was in the works in 06.

Where I live they do a lot of those midnight releases, at bestbuy. So I am totally going to be there!!!

?Chinese Democracy? May Be Coming

Will Guns N? Roses? long-delayed album ?Chinese Democracy? finally be released this fall? ?If the World,? a new song from the band, will play in the closing credits of ?Body of Lies,? the Russell Crowe-Leonardo DiCaprio thriller scheduled to open on Oct. 10, a spokesman at Warner Brothers Pictures said. Additionally, Best Buy is negotiating with the band to be the exclusive retailer of ?Chinese Democracy.? The album could go on sale as early as Nov. 25, according to people close to the deal who were not authorized to speak because it has not been completed. Fans know not to hold their breath: the album has been a reported 14 years and at least $13 million in the making. Representatives for the band, its label, Interscope Records, and Best Buy declined to comment. BEN SISARIO

I just went back and watched the VMA's and it reminded me of the horrible state I was in back then and how that performance, seeing axl and hearing Madagascar really gave me hope.

To come full circle and now be about to get this album, it just gives me goosebumps thinking about it.

You know. I was thinkin how odd its going to be seeing it in the stores. And not being leaked or just played live. All this waiting. Its been a fun ride of ups and downs since 1999/or longer. I really really really hope this album finally sees the light of day this year. It's looking like it finally will. Having a song in Rock Band 2 and a song in a new movie is exciting. After all these years we finally get new music. After all these years we may finally be able to hold Chinese fucking Democracy in our hands. In the dead years this seemed almost impossible. 2006 came and brought hope. 2008 is here and it finally looks like its actually going to happen. I am trying to quell my excitement and expectations but fuck is it hard! What a great time to be a fan of Guns N Roses.
