So The Dog Whisperer will be guest starring on the Ghost Whisperer on March 30th and all these whisperers got me to thinking.... how many famous whisperers are there?
The Dog
The Horse
The Ghost

Where did the "whisperer" thing start? What was the first instance where someone was good with something and was called a whisperer?

I'm a DVD-player whisperer.... I'm the only one  that it plays for. I have a gift.

I think the Dog Whisper is good. Seen "The Horse Whisper" but didn't like it. Never seen the "Ghost Whisper" though.
