Rant all you want about GNR's stupid machinery that never gives it's fans information. For crying out loud, we dont even know who's in the damn band! Mention one band that works like this..
But dont take it out on Aunt Ger or Lisa Reed. They are sweet people that cares. Dont shoot the messenger, it's not their fault GNR's communication system works like it was 1933.

People should have a right to know whether or not GNR are really playing Lisbon or not. If theyre confirmed to play - and they
are
- then why keep it a secret? Why not let fans know so that they can make preparations to go and shit like that?

That's funny when you think about it. Would you demand a confirmation from any other artist regarding their shows once you bought the ticket from the official site which states GN'R are playing?
Didn't the August 2002 tour dates get announced by the festival organizers and then GN'R "confirmed" them the day of the first show?

A bottom of a line, have a good time with Dizzy. You will ask some questions if you want to ask and if you find a appropriate timing for that. Just have a fun time with him and please don't stress with thinking what questions we would want to ask from him..just have nice time with him and don't stress 'cause of us! ..it's your family..

You, sir, are a class act. That is the way to look at it!
Enjoy some time with your nephew, Ger. Talk family stuff, have a few beers, discuss TV shows.
Make it an evening about family. You owe us on this board NOTHING, regardless of what some may think.
Well, this got off topic. Back on, the earlier questions that Ger was requested to ask should be asked of Dizzy during the Chicago interview.

Yeah Jarmo, you?re right !!
I remember clearly that the 2002 european shows was only announced by the organizers, and in the day of the first show they put up an interview with axl on gnronline.com, as they arrived in hong kong.
Peace

yeah! that's true! that was so sweet though, i loved that interview.
this is what people obviously forget when they say that axl hasn't given us anything, well you all seem to forget the fact that in addition to playing us brand new guns n' roses material, axl has also delivered the most informative interview in a decade. the kurt loder interview in 1999 was of course great as well, but the interview they posted the day the summer tour started was something that most uf us had only been hoping for. it was long and explainatory.

that's true! this is what goes with axl rose, and what's quite amazing is the fact that he is still this unpredictable, ten years after and with an almost whole new line up. cheers to the unpredictable axl rose!

We demand information so much that we have to ask Dizzy Reed's aunt. Since when did Dizzy tell us anything credible anyway? I'm sure it's not his fault just ole Axl coming up with new plans and new excuses to why he hasn't executed them. I'd really like some news though, even if it is from Dizzy that'd be great Aunt Ger!
