Should be a great gig, how many people does Hyde park normally hold?

I heard axl said to jump off a cliff too...... Make sure you warn the people below before you jump tho ok.
[ok] [help]
I mean just coz axl said he don't like him... bon jovi has some really good songs.... especially the older ones.
They are really good live and recently were voted 5th best live act ever..... I think U2 were first by the way. The poll was something to do with Capital radio.
I can't afford to go and see them but i would if someone gave me a ticket..... Please don't all IM me at once tho
Hope the people going enjoy the show

I wish mate..... but all the money i earn over the next year maybe even two is going into some sort of studio for myself.
The only bands i will see in this time are:
GNR
Coldplay
Oasis
Ryan Adams
Hundred Reasons
Avril
They are the only band i will allow myself to see

Coolness well if its furthering your career as a producer then that has to be key, if i can get some extra cash i might be able to squeeze u a ticket out.
In the mean time hope all goes well with your studio.

Just to clear things up:
I just quoted Axl because I like this quote. And I never liked Bon Jovi. I like "Bed Of Roses" and a few others, but mainly I don't like them and I really hate their "new" style.
They made the same shit Metallica did: Not going on in doing what they used to as it was good back then, ok?

Bed of Roses is like the greatest ballad ever. I would love to hear guns do a version of it.
GnrFan you know you want to [yes] seriously I have a feeling this could be one of the last chances to see bon jovi rock a stadium. Their popularity has been waning for the last 15 years and ticket sales are poor.
Blobby Williams sells out 3 nites at Kneborth, each show holding 125,000
3 x 125,000 = 375,000
375,000 x ?30 = shiiiiiiiiitloads , like ?11,000,000 gross profit

Thats silly cos Bon Jovi are better than all of those (except one of course
)
Id like to go see them, but id have to travel places and pay money, which would both be annoying.
I know there was already a thread about it, but i cant be arsed to find it, so what did u all think of bounce?
IMO its better than crush by miles (even though i seem to be one of the few people who actually liked crush).
Finally, we get a guitar solo on an album thats less than 10 years old. [yes]
My favourite tracks are Joey, Right Side of Wrong and The Distance.
I did think that ive heard some of the melodies before though. Maybe they couldnt be arsed to write completely new songs [hihi].

Steven's drumming made the band; he made a big musical difference. His sense of swing was the push and pull that gave those songs their feel, afterwards, nothing worked.

Bon Jovi's music has gone downhill since Slippery.
I am seeing them, as their old material is quality shit. I don't own Bounce or Crush, but I've heard they're run of the mill.
Saying that, Say it Isnt So is a good tune though!
When I see them I want the experience of seeing the band, I hope they do a greatest hits set - as thats what most people there want.
I mean: Livin' on a prayer vs. everyday [rofl]

Well, most people view AFD as GNRs best album, so, technically so have they.
And as for Zeppelin, well it all started going bad after #IV didnt it [hihi]
The point im trying to make is just because its not as good as slippery, it doesnt mean its not good.

I consider UYI 2 as their best album.
What I am trying to say is that they have had to be one of those bands who have been compared to past achievments.
When you ask someone about BJ they say yeah 'livin on a prayer' 'shot through the heart' 'dead or alive'. But with Guns people are aware of November Rain to a similar extent that they know their SCOMS et al
I aint bashing BJ. They're one of my favourite bands and I cant wait to see them. Just I think the quality control has dropped of late and they aren't making many good orignal songs anymore

I've seen them twice.
I'd like to see them one more time.
Maybe I'll buy a ticket and IF I don't go to US next summer I'll come again to see them.
