he didn't own a gn'r record, and he didn't really dig gn'r t'ill he got the dig, but he did love who was at the band at the time, and this only proves you don't have to be a fan to become a great member of a band.

Richard did and does an awesome job and he fits in like a glove and not being part of the LA Rock scene only makes it cooler in my eyes at least..

The tour info. starts at 21:35

He says "I've been in rehearsals with Guns for the last little bit here -- focusing more on that world right now." "We hopefully will be announcing dates soon, I hope."

And adds "I don't know of any dates in the US yet, I haven't heard any talk, I'm sure that we will."  "Right now that's not where the focus is, I know that we're gonna be probably announcing other dates first."

Contrary to other members of the band, Richard has always used the word "we" to speak about GN'R. Other members sometimes used the word "they" or "them" to speak about GN'R like they were excluded of the process. I hope Axl consults the members of the band to book some dates. They all should decide together, not just Axl or his personal assistant. The band, the collective, is what really matters.

Other than that, he mainly spoke about his other involvements, especially all the St Louis things and his friends. Not much about GN'R. But what can we expect from a guy who is barely not on the record and who is not be giving any responsability in the band?

It is time for Axl to make some choice : either he puts his trust in Richard and let him be important in GN'R or I hope Richard will leave the band and go into a band he has more responsability. I'd like to see him in a band where we can hear him play, you know... and not be something like the 5th guitarist in the mix between an "additional" sub-bass pro-tooled effect and an "additional" pro-tooled keyboard effect. That's disrespectfull.

Duff can't "open" for GN'R : it's his band.

No idea what you're on about, nes confused

The other guys also say 'we' when referring to the whole band.

and richard is the first rhythm guitarist, sorta. of course important already.

Nesquick is on the loose again...

As you said yourself : there can't be 3 superstar guitarists.
Thus, 4tus plays rythm guitar  hihi

There can be one superstar rhythm guitarist. yes

I must admit nesquick's shameless love for richard is almost admirable.

Richard says he was auditioned before Buckethead in 2000, wich is true. Too bad Axl did the wrong choice and didn't pick him back then.
