This is truly a sad day. He influenced so many musicians and helped create a lot of different genres. If you want a source, go to wikipedia and look at it, there should be a little source number next to to where it says that he died. I was actually going to go see him on February 10 at the House of Blues in Anaheim. He will be missed.

He influenced so many people-Scott Weiland has talked about the "James Brown" moves he does on stage, but what a household name-everyone knows who he is, no matter what age, and he just seemed like a fun guy
