if you follow this link, http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0012248/ , you'll see that Steven Adler play an inmate in this movie, in 1996 apprently.
anyone know if this is correct?

Steven appears very briefly in the jail scene at the beginning of that movie.  He is pretty close to the camera, but it pans by him pretty quickly.  You almost have to pause it to get a good look at him.
