Title: Are these genuine Les Paul Customs?? (from ebay)
Post by: Irish rose on May 21, 2006, 06:48:55 PM
http://cgi.ebay.ie/White-Gibson-Les-Paul-custom-U-S-A-import-free-p-p_W0QQitemZ7415296818QQcategoryZ33040QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Check the link above. Looks like they are selling Lp customs for under 2000 Euro..

Is anyone suspicious of this? Theres a load of them on there. Are they made by the seller of something??

Because if they are genuine I may very well purchase 1!

Either that or something is fucked with it.
I've gotten something hot from e-bay. Interpol actually came to my house.

Just read the description.
I think the guy has a hook up at Gibson or there distribution partner and is getting the factory price.

He says it comes straight from the the distributor to your door.

The picture is a promo pic of a Les Paul......it's not the exact one he's selling so that's nothing to judge your decision on.   Anyhow what I would say is that these quite possibly are refurbished guitars that were sent back from retailers with a fuck up or something....then fixed and sold right from the warehouse at a great price.  I would say go for it.......the feedback he has is pretty decent.....maybe contact one of those persons that bought one of the guitars from him......also if it comes and it's fucked up....demand a refund and report his ass to paypal.....they cover most of your losses, but you have to do a lot of dicking around with them.
